What the Rewards Program is: In addition to our great, low prices, Mystery Lights is proud to offer a Customer Rewards Points Program! Our Rewards Program is a unique system that automatically rewards the customer (you) a specific amount of Points for every dollar that you spend. These points can be redeemed for additional, free products from Mystery-Lights.com!
How It Works: Our Rewards system is very easy to understand. For every dollar that you spend in our store, you are rewarded with 1 Point. (Ex: You spend $60, you will be rewarded 60 Reward Points)
In the "Redeem Store", the face value of 1 Point is 5 cents. Every 20 points will equal $1.00 in Reward Points. (Ex: You were just rewarded 60 Reward Points, therefore you have a $3.00 value in Reward Points)
How to Redeem Points: Redeeming points easy! To redeem your points for free products, just click "My Account" If you are not already logged in, log into your account that you earned your points with. Scroll down the Account page until you get to a section that looks like this: The "Total Points" area will display how many points that you have available. There are two links in the "My Rewards" section: -View Details -Redeem
By clicking "View Details", you can track where all of your Rewards Points came from (which order, or if they were added manually by our team).
By clicking "Redeem", you will enter our Redeem Store! All of our products are organized by point value, from top to bottom. When you find something you want to redeem, simply click the "Redeem" button underneath the product's picture.
Your Reward Points will never expire! You can redeem your points immediately after ordering, or you can save up your points for something big! It's up to you; they're your points. =)
