FREE Limited Lifetime Warranty:
WHAT IS COVERED:
Mystery Lights warrants against defects in materials & workmanship for an entire lifetime on the following products: microlight chips, microlight casings, and LEDs.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
The warranty does not apply: (a) to any consumable items, such as replacement gloves and batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, contact with liquids, fire, or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by service, repair, or modification performed by anyone who is not a representative of Mystery Lights.
If you are exchanging a defective item covered by our limited lifetime warranty, you will be reimbursed for the return shipping expenses via store credit upon our receipt of the defective items.
If you are not satisfied with any items in your order, you may return it for a store-credit refund, or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. A request for refund or exchange must be submitted within 2 weeks of receipt of your order!
All returned items must be unused; we reserve the right to refuse any Return or Exchange, for any reason.
